lactation and feeding support
In 2018, I completed my Breastfeeding Educator (now Lactation Educator) certification through bebo mia inc., based on the World Health Organization 20 hour lactation course. I am now working toward completing my hours to become a Lactation Consultant.
During this process, I will be mentored by Caitlin Black-Allen, IBCLC, of Nurture Lactation Services.
We offer Sarnia and surrounding areas in home and virtual support. You get the best of both worlds – hands on support by an experienced and compassionate doula, with virtual guidance and expertise of an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

written plans and follow up
After the visit, we will provide you with a completely customized action plan to help you achieve your goals. You will have this to refer to, as well as to share with your medical provider if desired. Additionally, you will receive ongoing phone and/or e-mail support to ensure you are supported as you put your plan in action.
Your Investment: $130
Each session typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and can be done in the comfort of your home. This is often the most relaxed place for the birthing parent and their baby. Please contact us for virtual only pricing. All lactation clients receive ongoing phone/e-mail support and can book additional in person hours at a reduced price if required.
